2 Week Post Op Today!

Went to the Doctor today for my two week post-op, according to their scale, I've lost 48lbs since pre-op.... So I'm off to a good start. I hope to do be down a whole person(100lbs) when I return to work in four weeks.

Goodness, that is wonderful. I was two weeks post op on Monday and I lost 25lbs. You are doing great!! Keep up the good work. I am off another week because I just don't have a lot of energy. I am taking my multi vitamins now. Have you had any problems feeling sluggish?

I'm having sleeve surgery with Dr. macik on May 6th....can't wait! Congrats. What did you eat on the two week pre-op low carb/ high protein diet?
