It's official.  I'm in a stall.  TWO WEEK STALL.  I'm pissed to say the least.  Thirty five lbs in almost 6 weeks post op and two weeks pre-op.  Suggestions please before I explode?????

Sorry you're having a rough time. So, everyone on here will tell you something different to break your stall. Something different works for everyone. I personally have never had a stall last more than 3 or 4 days because on day three I go back to protein shakes and water and then always lose 1 -3 pounds the next day.
Hope it breaks soon, you're doing great so far girl!

I hit the dreaded 3 week stall and I upped my protein and fluid intake like everyone said on here and the scale scale started moving again the other day!  I also started back at the gym again just recently! Hope this helps!

You can try upping your protein, water and adding exercise, but don't get upset if the scale doesn't start moving again with all your efforts.  Sometimes no matter what we do our bodies just need time.  One thing you can be sure of, you are not done losing.  It will happen, you will lose much more!!  Hang on, it's a bumpy ride!!

I was in the 3 week stall for almost 3 weeks!  But  I measured myself and found that I was still losing inches.  That made it a little easier to deal with.  I just yesterday broke the stall and lost a few lbs.  But in 5 weeks I have also lost 9 inches...so get out the tape measure girly!!  Good luck to you!

@jennchap - When you go back to regular food after doing the protein and water, do you stall again or does the scale keep moving? And how long, do you do the protein and water diet?

I went through the same thing, kept doing what I was supposed to be doing and then one day I woke up and was down 5 pounds.  I just talked to my physiologist about it and he said that nobody knows why that happens.  Also, follow your measurements...I, too, have noticed that when the scales aren't moving, the tape measure is!!  It will happen, just be patient.

Just to chill. If you are doing things right keep on doing them. You will be losing inches at this time so take measurements if you want. It will pass. I stall 3 weeks a month and lose weight (on the scale) one week. But it's during those 3 weeks that I drop sizes.

It's a frustrating process, but it does work.  Just keep the faith and follow your plan.  The scale WILL move again

I hit the dreaded 3 week stall exactly on schedule and stayed there almost 4 weeks.  Nothing worked.  I just had to wait it out.  This too shall pass.
