Surgery in the morning...
I cant believe my day has come. Tomorrow at 7:45 am I will be in the midst of being sleeved. I am for the most part calm I do have a few butterflies though. Hopefully everything goes well.
I just cant believe its really happening tomorrow...Any advice or tips that might come in handy I would appreciate them. Thanks
YAY!! I'm so happy for you!! If you wake up with a drain - don't freak out - it's no biggie!! Doesn't hurt when it's removed. Don't be afraid to ask for drugs!! Lol!! After about 1 week out - I remember questioning why I did it...was a little depressed! I got over it pretty quick - from what I've read out here it's common. I am 3 months out now with NO regrets!!! YAY!!!! Keep us posted - See you on the losers bench!!!
Hugs!!! Kris

My advice is to keep your eye on the prize. My preop went so smoothly and I didn't stress about what was about to happen because I was so in the moment with each part and before I knew it I remember talking and then I woke up in my room. Done. Just relax and say your prayers for good measure and hang on! You will do just fine. I"ll say a prayer for you tonight. Good luck!
