Ok.. i need to be slapped... been working 12's... family over for easter... ITS now all OVER.... !!!!!     Yall... ill be back on after MY WORKOUT... that i slowly left about 2 weeks ago... maybe thats why im at a definate STALL....  OK... so i need yall to put me back on... my HORSE.... im not gonna cry... im not gonna look back.. im not gonna regret... im still at my 227lbs.. nothing gained but nothing lost... i just need my PUSH!!!!!

HELP ME!!

 You need to relax..(easier said then done..I know!) I hit Christmas at about 2 months post op and I was sure that I was a goner. Those cookies were the death of me..I was doomed to be a failure...all that really counter productive inner talk that gets us no where! 

You will have stalls.

They will break

Life has challenging times.

This is not like a race...its not a crash diet. We've committed to this for a lifetime...

its harder said then done...   i didnt make it to the gym... the kiddo needed milk.. had to do my shopping after work...  i chose healthy.. always do... just so tired lately...   

I packed my gym clothes... work is dead and dragging on me... so i guess this is where i get my initiative to do nothing..

I told you don't make me come over there!! You are going to do fine Sweetie Pie, we are all going thru it one way or another.  Up down and down some more, its a wild ride we don't have a map for yet.  You haven't gained and thats something so do what you gotta do and get'r done.

  thanks steph.. im glad your watching me...   i need to be on here more.. yall are my support and work was killing... geting up early preparing my food... and then off to a great week to kill out!!!!  ill check back in... im going to reach 220 THIS MONTH>>>  give me two weeks!!!
