Sleeve Genie great job on staying committed to the program even though you say you have lost the weight slow. Sometimes that really discourags people to throw in the towel. So keep up the journey.

I've always loved your common sense approach to the work we all need to do with our sleeves.
I'm not militant about how I'm losing, either. I probably should be, but I have always found that extreme dieting and hard core just never works for me. I want to find a method that will continually work for me even once I'm to goal.
Thank you for being there for us newbies, I have always treasured your advice!
