Congratulations on your 100 lb weight loss! That is fantastic.

This gives me hope since I am currently into a 3 week stall and getting a little discouraged.

I don't know which one to congratulate you on first...the weight-loss....or B-day? I'm voting the weight-loss! B-days come every year.....but losing 100lbs does not happen too often! Congratulations......on joining the "century" club! You're doing an outstanding job! Oh.....Happy Birthday too!
