My feet have bones and veins??? NSV

Wow!  I can already see a difference in my feet!  They are not big swollen sausages!  I can actually see bones and veins and I just sit and stare at them!  What a weird NSV that I am celebrating!

Im 8 days out and 30 lbs down since my pre-op diet!  Whoohoo

I know the feeling. I can see a big difference in my hands, they are now boney with veins. My feet haven't changed much yet. I still wear size 14 shoe

Isn't it incredible what we see now!  I thought I had a lump on my shoulder when I was rubbing it post exercising...and ya know what it was?...my shoulder bone!!!  Funny, I have the same lump on my left shoulder, too!

Also, knee caps!  I forgot I had them and what they felt like!  I am -89 from my surgery 5 months ago and just amazed at the new me!!!

The other day I was like OHH whats wrong with my hands-I can see veins on my palms and fingers. Than I realized why!

I've dropped in shoe size from an 11 to a 9.5!

I LOVE my new bony feet! I used to call them my sausage toes, but now they are slim and ladylike. I've gone from a 11W to a 10regular. I've gone a little overboard already buying a ton of new sandals for summer to show 'em off!

So funny that you should post this. I was thinking the same thing, looking at my feet this morning. There are so many more indentations (I guess the fat filled those in). I hope I lost a shoe size. I'd love to be a size 10.
