I am looking for a good iPhone App (doesn't have to be free) for tracking:
- Water intake
- Protein intake
- Calories
- Workout time

I've used Sparkpeople and "Lose It!" before... is there something better out there for us WLS people?

Thanks!
Lisa

I use MyNetDiary. You can track on computer or iPhone. I think they have a basic free app and a more advanced paid app. I have the paid version and I love it. You can add your own custom foods and save recipes.

I use myfitnesspal.com and it's wonderful. It allows you to adjust the exact quantity of food and it has a very large range of foods in their database to choose from.
