So gained back 2 pounds... might be that time.. but doesnt feel like it... i did crave Carbs on mothers day... maybe i fell off my wagon... UGH... i dont know what is going on.. just feeling like climbing back on my ledge... is it that time again???? I dont know... hope to hear back from someone... cuz... not feeling it...
Have someone meeting me tonight at the gym... she is a trainer... i feel like i have to go on liquids... ughhhh.... talk me of the ledge... WHY ME... AGAIN... WHY DO WE DO THIS???

SLOW DOWN !!! You know what ? I gained weight from yesterday, and I don't really know why. But then I thought about it....I was at Disneyland with my daughter yesterday. I ate my own chicken salad that I brought with me for lunch, but I did eat 6 (count um, 6) sweet potato fries. That's nothing, right ? And I did eat about 3 inches of a salted pretzel, that's nothing, right ? And for dinner, I ate a chicken thigh and some green beans off of her plate. Nothing, right ? You know what ?! SALT. I was up twice during the night to get something to drink. I was thristy. I am not used to eating out, I never use added salt at home.
If you ate out over the weekend, or someone else prepared food for you, it could be water retention.
I freaked a bit this morning, but then thought about it....I surely did NOT eat a thousand extra calories. Maybe 300 extra, but NOT a thousand....so where did it come from ?
DO NOT put yourself back on liquids. Eat what you are supposed to eat. Cut out the salt, and drink your water today. I think we will both be back on track tomorrow morning.

You can take your own food and drinks to Disneyland and Disney World...the downside is carrying around! We live 15 minutes from DIsney World and go all the time. I always take our own stuff with us, and after I'm sleeved (10 days and counting!!) it will be even more important!

I think so. I freaked at the extra pound on the scale this am. Since January, I haven't gone up once...but when I thought about what I ate yesterday..... even the green beans tasted salty. I am sure that was the culprit for me -- because think about it, to actually gain weight -- fat -- could you have possibly eaten over 2,000 calories more than you usually eat ? I don't think my tummy could pull that off any more !!!!

I'm almost reaching my 1 yr Surgervesary, Some of you here might be wondering where I have been missing :)
Since my Surgery, I love liquid so much..I'm crazing living almost 1 year without CARBS..unless there is a little in my beancurd or Milk..
I've stall countless times...don't worried..I'm surposed to have 2 step..VSG than RNY..
Few months ago , I gained a few pounds even I'm very active at the Gym.So my Surgeon gave me 2 months supply of O.P.T.I.F.A.S.T BEVERAGE, he said if you dont lose any weight than will set a date for RNY..I'm actually looking forward for RNY,the day after 2 months, I've lost 4.2kgs about 9lbs?? He ask me to wait for another 3 months to see if I gain or lost some more..if I do than he will cancel the RNY
My friend, don't worried so much all of us here will be at the losing bench with the rest..is just a matter of time and mental discipline and no way without workout..I'm still on 500 calories a day.
Weight stall...or gained it is normal..dont blame yourself for that..I myself do credit my sleeve with sundaes when I've lost more than 3kgs a week or 2..just a few scoop and donate it to the bin..and cycle home...and burn more..
Just remember dont drink between your meal..
