First time being sick since VSG... FML
Get yourself large doses of vitamin C and zinc. I take a chewable brand as it's a bit easier for me to get in. Drink lots of hot tea and broth. Do you need me to come over and bring you some stuff? I can stop by this evening and bring some of my magic herbs and potions for sickness.
Your bloody nose might be due to dehydration so keep pushing those fluids. Also vitamin C deficiency can cause nose bleeds and helps when you are sick to boost your immune system.. even more reason to get in that vitamin C!

I think you should call the Doc. Just to check and see what he says about the bloody nose. He also may have some suggestions on the best way to fight the symptoms. So you have any post surgery meds left? Vicodin or percocet have tylenol in them so they will mega help with body aches and fever too. Take good care and I hope you feel better soon.
