I am curious about your weight loss? How much did you lose? Did you get to goal? How much regain? Who was your surgeon and what was your bougie size? Do you have an aftercare program?

Some times I suspect those wanting chicken wings at 10 days are just wanting permission from someone - anyone - to deviate from their program. I wonder how these same folks will feel at 1 year out when their weight loss isn't what they expected it to be.
I went in knowing I had to change me. If they don't want to change, they're in for a disapointing experience. The sleeve is just a tool. How often do we have to hear that? If you mis-use the tool it won't work for you. Plain and simple.
So if you're one of those people who want to eat like you always did, well, that's on you. You can't come here looking for permission to be the person you were before surgery. This forum in a great place to come for help, information, and advice. But if you want someone to tell you it's OK for you to screw up you'll probably have to go elsewhere.
And, if your surgeon doesn't give you a detailed eating guide for your first 2 months, find one who does. And if your surgeon does give you an eating guide and you deviate, well, that's on you.
