DRY MOUTH IN THE MORNING NORMAL?

 Ok well intially I was only taking in 64oz of liquid but then I was told I need to drink more some Im about 70 ozs of liquid a day

But theres some days My mouth is dry in only 2 weeks out ?

my mouth was constantly dry for weeks after surgery..i think that's normal

It doesn't seem to matter how much fluid I drink my mouth is always dry feeling. I have to have either Tic Tacs or Altoids at all times.
