- 2011 Sleeve from 280 to 160
- 2019 215 lb 😩
- revision Sleeve or Bypass
Has anyone had a revision if so do you decide to do a Sleeve again or Bypass. I talked to my dr he did say it would be more Risky😩

Hello all I had my sleeve surgery in 4/2011. My journey has been great but. I have gained weight though I don't regret having my surgery.
I abused the tool that was given to me.

With the support of my fellow friends here. I want to get back to my 160 I will also get more motivated and work out and stop making excuses there are 24 hours in a day . I will commit 1 hour to my health and be a better me.

Hi all I would appreciate any feedbacks. Had my Sleeve 4/25/2011 from 272 to 162 now at a high 196.I need to loose 10 lbs I got pproved for my tummy tuck. Im working out more 3 to 6 days a week and useing weights. For the past 7 weeks. Im so determined

Plato after 3 years , can you loose more - I had my SLeeve 4/25/2012, I went from 172 to 160 was my lowest I'm at 182 now , been so frustrated becuase I work out 3-6 a week. But not sure what to do
