Wow you look amazing...Congratulations! Your "keys to success".......look a lot like mine......thanks for writing them out......now i don't have to! Ha ha! seriously.....it is pretty basic......moderation.....exercise...... and following the rules is the key! No "magic" formula there.....wish I had one! great post!
