To the OP-thanks for the tip! I hope I can drink them when I am out and about. I'm hoping they are gluten free (wheat allergy). It would be nice to have a choice other then packing food with me or running into a grocery store for Fage yogurt. I cannot eat out...wheat is in everything.
Hey Millersdaughter, I've been searching their website for the answer, but the website never comes straight out to say "yes, our protein blend is gluten free" If you have a single packet of the stuff, will you look at it to see if it says gluten free? Or if it lists wheat in the allergen list. Also in the ingredients look for hidden wheat ingredients like MSG, natural flavoring, maltodextrin, barley malt, modified food starch, natural flavorings, artificial flavorings, spices and anything with the word gluten in it. Let me know, otherwise, I will call the company and hopefully get a good answer. I have hope.......it would be nice to have another protein choice.

Love, love, love the gladiator shakes at Smoothie King!!! I heard about them at a support group I attended. My doctor drinks them too!! I usually drink 2 - 3 a week. I love the strawberry banana gladiator shake. It's my fav.
I have actually bought the tubs of gladiator protein powder and make them at home too. I highly recommend trying them.

I use this site a lot for fruits. Berries give you very low carbs in turn for the amount you get.....check out strawberries and raspberries...10g and 14g and that is for a whole cup!

My daughter used to work for Smoothie King! lol!! They went out of business here though! We really miss them!! Of course back then, I wouldn't have needed the Gladiator like I need it now.....I am a Gold's gym member though and they make shakes there. They are really good and they are 35 grams...not sure the carb count.
