I am 10 months out today. loving my sleeve. Just wondering how much weight is normal to loose now at this far out???. It sure slows down but at least it is moving down which is the right direction.
My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Soooo hard to say.  We're at about the same place time wise, and I have been steadily losing 10lbs a month.  This month seems a little slower, and I've only lost 5 so far.  I'm shooting for 7 or so.

Down is good.  I'll take whatever comes, but faster would be better!

Keep up the good work!

It does slow way down and when you get down to the last 20lbs. it's a fight......but a fight you can win!!!

I got down to 175 in 11 months.... than 5lbs. at a time it took me about 4 months to lose the last 25

I think your still good....but the pounds will fight you all the way.....the good part is your sizes drop every 7-10lbs or so !!!!

Embrace it and enjoy it cause once you get to goal there are no more thrills of dropping pounds and sizes! There are different rewards to maintaining....but they are less dramatic !

I didn't lose any weight or barely any in November and December which would have been months 9 and 10 for me.   I healed a back injury that plagued me from October to January when I couldn't do my usual 60-90 minutes of daily exercise.  So there were a lot of factors in my stalled weight loss.  Once I went back to Atkins and started exercising again, the weight started coming off.  I'm down around 15 pounds since January 15th.  After two months of Atkins, I started adding in more carbs from veggies and fruit.  It's been slow, but I'm close to my goal. The way I'm eating today I could easily eat for the rest of my life.   The thing to remember is that it will eventually come off if you keep following the good habits that have worked for you all along.
