Can you take some nuts or string cheese.......or drink something - maybe you're not really hungry? I keep nuts and protein bars in my desk. Sometimes (rarely) - I splurge and have some popcorn.
Don't do it if your not hungry! :) That is what got me where I am today. Mindless snacking! Now if you are hungry and needing a snack that is another thing. Good luck!
Today, for the first time, I tried Yoplait's Greek Honey Vanilla (w/one packet of splenda...made all the difference). Really good source of protein and a good snack for the office!

Don't know what kind of storage space you have but I have a container of cashews, a pack of beef jerky, and a box of whole wheat club cracks and a jar of peanut butter in one of my desk drawers. And some sugar free lifesavers and some weigh****ches fake chocolate/caramel medallions.
My Doc says 3 meals "NO SNACKS". I really would be thinking about snacking it's just all the office foods around. you know what I mean. when I was home I stayed active. It will be mind over matter.
