4 month labs -- interesting !!!
No containers at all, I'm only ordering single servings of everything that is supposed to be "good". hehehe we'll see. I don't have to do any pre-op dieting (Ill admit it there may have been a steak last night), so my first encounter with protein shakes will be after surgery next Saturday.
Should be interesting haha.

Sorry for not replying until now.....I've been busy like crazy today !!
I basically eat as much protein as I can, and try to vary the sources. Breakfast, I typically eat either a whole egg, or egg whites, and I usually toss a handfull of lofat cheese in it. I drink coffee with lo fat milk. Lunch is either leftover chicken or fish, or tuna salad, sometimes leftover soft steak. I try to have either black beans, or garbanza beans tossed in my lunch salad. (I don't eat much lettuce, but dice up chicken or tuna, or meat,(usually about 3 ounces) add some tomato, avacado, cucumber, mushroom, squash......and add some kind of salad dressing (helps to keep it moist too). I often eat that, and then eat what ever I didn't finish for 'snack' or as I call it "lunch 2". (I don't make a huge salad out of this, it all fits in a small container...I just like haveing some vegies with my meals.)
Dinner is usually a couple ounces of fish, chicken, meat with a few bites of a vegetable.
I might have half of a small yogurt after dinner, or some homemade pudding (no artificial sweetners).
I am not in anyway telling you or anyone else not to use protein drinks, or not to take your vitamins. I was just sharing my experience.

It wasn't taken as advise to stray from our required regiment at all. Anyone with reading skills would comprehend that you were simply sharing, so share on girlfriend, that's what this place is for
