6 months out.. time flies..
To be honest I dont follow anything, I eat whatever I feel like at the time, I still cook regular meals for my family and just pick out what I can eat and dont touch what I can not eat.. I dont get hungry so I eat cheese or rolled up meat.. sometimes ill fry up some chx in olive oil and eat that.. I eat lots of fruit..
I make sure to eat protein over anything and I drink fluids constantly.. seafood has become my other best friend I can seem to eat more of it than anything else.. I dont obsess over calories but I do cook with fresh ingredients, I dont eat out as much if at all.. I make my own chinese food my own pizza because I know it will taste good and be healthier for me and my family.. I know it works for me as I am continuing to lose and so are others around me..
to me its not what you eat but how much and how often..

Oh, and I can SOOOOO relate to the sunflower seeds! Addiction before surgery and I just allowed myself to have them again. Had to tell one of my daughters to hide them in her room away from me! Yikes!
