I fought the sleeve and the - sleeve won
When you eat too fast, do not chew well enough or if you progress to thicker/heavier foods too soon, the foamies can start. It's essentially an overproduction of saliva and sometimes it will last for a couple of hours until the food moves out of your sleeve. I never experienced it with the sleeve really. I had it all the time with the band, and it didn't what or when or how fast I ate some days with the band, it happened mostly with meats. Sometimes, there will be discomfort, or burpings up foam from the upper esophagus as well.

At almost 2 years out, guess what? The sleeve still wins. Grant it, I can eat twice what I could at say 3-4 months out, but I still find it amazing that after 6 tortilla chips with salsa, and 1 small tortilla(the rounded part of the tortilla torn off) with 1Tbsp of beans, a smear of sour cream, some sauteed onions, and about 3 tiny strips of fajita steak, and I'm totally satisfied. I wasn't stuffed, but full, and walked away from dinner looking at my bill and smiling because me and the kiddo shared a fajita for one and it cost me a whopping $9 ! ! !
