Ok, gang!! I'm getting ready to do a "stall dance"... Kinda like a rain dance, but no rain involved! I am so flipping frustrated about being stalled!! I've been at 168, 169, 168, 170, 168, 169... You get the idea! Scale not moving, no Inches coming off. Have done everything EXCEPT a "stall dance". So, chant along with me, tap your feet and send happy, hippie, weight loss vibes in my general direction! Please? Lol! Just ranting!

Here's my standard answer to "pauses" that everyone calls a stall:

A stall is something that last 6 weeks or more.  You are in a correction period.

Weight loss is like a teeter-totter....

One one side is pounds, the other inches....

If you stop going down on pounds, the inches will go down .  Are you measuring?
Then the inches will slow and pounds will drop...

this is normal and NOT a stall, it's a correction period that your body uses to catch up.....

The pounds or inches will show up once your body adjusts....

Also, make sure your eating ENOUGH - too little and the body goes into "starvation" mode...

I stalled for 6 weeks and nothing changed that.  I think you just have to wait it out...

I had surgery a month ago and since the surgery I have lost about 12lbs and all of that was within the first week.  Since that time I have gone between 275-272.  For 3 weeks!!!!

I wish I could get into the 260's but I'm just kind of like "WHATEVER" at this point.

I start back at the gym this weekend so I expect that the numbers will go up quite a bit.
