Yum. No, seriously. Yum. It is a testament to my sleeve that your posts don't make me hungry - but they do make my mouth water. Showed this one to hubby, who is the cook 'round these parts.

Mmmmmmm!  SO, SO, SO happy today because I found Lavash bread in my local market!  Just made a "pizza" with 1/4 of one slice....DELISH!  Thanks Frisco!!!

I love it, another "keepin' it simple" yet great quality, healthy, low carb meal.  It doesn't take any extra time to put together good quality healthy meals, if you do it like you did.  This is an excellent example. 

About your bread crumbs.  If you make my crab cakes recipe, use these Lavish breadcrumbs instead of the expensive almond meal I used.  I would copy you if I could eat wheat, it's an excellent idea.

By the way, your food is beautiful, as always.

If you don't mind, I'll edit my crab cake post and add your Lashish breadcrumbs as a replacement ingredient, giving you full credit of course.

I haven't used my Lavash bread much but I love the Joseph's multi grain/flax seed pita bread! Great carb/protein numbers! Love the idea of bread crumbs!
