I think its funny. No one at my work except for the always slender secretary mentioned I looked a thinner with a smile :) . I think your honesty is very admirable, funny how it appears to be so scarce. Congradulations so far on your recovery and weightloss.

I too think it is funny!
They want to know all about us and how we are losing weight but won't admit the truth about themselves.
I have a co-worker that has said "I would love to have the surgery you had but I would have to gain 40lbs!" I look at her thinking...honey, you would get approved in a heartbeat....but I end up saying, "It's something to consider if you are willing to make a lifestyle change." This is the same lady that eats half a damn pizza at lunch and complains about her "baby fat." She is crazy her baby is 3!
I could go on and on about people just like her. I know sometimes when they make comments like "I should just go have surgery and take the easy way out they are trying to belittle the efforts I made but I don't care people like that make me chuckle...
