Twoderland
Haven't seen anyone else post that they've reached twoderland (as opposed to onederland) but I was so thrilled to see that I am below 300 pounds this morning that I couldn't help but share my joy. It's been years since I saw anything below the 300's on the scale. Seems I've finally broken my stall after 5 weeks. I was getting so worried that this wasn't going to work for me. I've been trying to exercise more. I'm not getting enough protein but strive every day to do better with it, only thru food since I can't do those sweet protein shakes. Anyway, just wanted to share that I'm headed back in a positive direction :-) Haven't tried anything yet that my sleeve won't tolerate but that could be a bad thing as time goes on........everything in moderation though, thanks to the restriction.
Haven't quite figured out how to work the ticker thing yet so my stats are listed below:

That's so awesome! I was so excited when I got to twoderland. I'm glad you broke your stall, they are so frustrating!! I'm on the edge of loosing 100 pounds but can't seem to quite get there.
If you want to do the ticker, here's what you do...
At the top go to My OH and then under Applications click on Health Tracker. Put your weight in there. Wait a couple of seconds and it will update automatically.
Then on the little folder tabs, click on Tickers & Widgets, and then Create New Ticker.
Put in your starting weight and goal weight.
Pick your background and your ticker icon.
Click the circle for whether you want it to display how much you've lost or how far you have to go.
Click the boxes for Display Placement so it will show up in your profile and at the bottom of your posts (signature.)
Then click to save ticker.
If you want to add text to your signature, go to My OH, and then under Settings click on Messaege Board.
Your ticker should show up there. If it doesn't, wait a while. It can take a while for things to update.
You can put in your text there in the edit box. If it's over two inches it's not all going to show up, so don't make your text really big. You can change the font, color and size. Then click save at the bottom. Again, it can take a while to update. So if the changes don't show up at first, wait a while and check again.
Hope this helps!

Hi, we had our surgery on the same day. Great job...I meant to post when I got below 300, too, but got busy and forgot. Isn't it exciting...I haven't seen that in I can't even remember how long!!! keep up the great work...we even started at about the same weight..I won't know how much I weigh currently until tomorrow when I go in for my 2 month checkup...fingers crossed that I have done well...Congrats on getting to Twoderland....
Thanks everyone. I seriously was worried with that 5 week stall. I feel so fortunate that I was able to lose 32 pounds before the surgery which bumps up the overall total. Just hope I continue to lose. Thanks cab for the ticker instructions.....will try that again when I have more time as I'm currently at work and just taking a "break".
