Have to say, I am a bit confused at your response.  She cannot stop losing weight is her complaint, what can she do about this is her query.  I am not sure what mistake it is she needs to correct, or what it has to do with being human and forgetting what she did.  She does need to learn to maximize caloric amount with minimum volumes and has been given pointers on how to do that.

While the attempt at encouragement was a nice thought - sometimes "forgive yourself and move on" is not the answer for everything.

Or maybe I have been up too long and have totally missed a conversation being had by folks on my block list and you are responding to them!?

Yeah, I was going to say add in avocado (deeeeelish and high in vitamin E and the "good" fats and oils), olive oil, whole grains if they won't make your tummy explode, higher fat fish like salmon (also the good kind of fat and oils), nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews, and some really ritzy cheeses-- smoked gouda, brie and others are a nice treat every once in awhile, higher in fat and calories, and you still get your protein and calcium.

Thanks for the advice guys. I stopped all cardio. I'm trying to eat more and higher fats. I'll keep you posted, thanks again guys
