Yes ma'am! it's been pretty steady, around my TOM I won't loose a pound and then afterwards it kicks back in and sometimes I will drop 4lbs over night, some weeks only 2 lbs others its five. But I have lost 60 lbs since March 10 and am very happy with my progress, and am quickly running out of clothing! lol

Yes- I stalledd 13 days after I was- and it lasted exactly 2 weeks! I was really actived the 2 days before the scale finally moved and I stopped my protein shakes those days  and pushed 70-90oz of water.....- finally the scale is moving again.......:)

Your job from here on out is to be "Consistent"

I followed 600-800 cals a day, 90grms. (men) protein, not more than 40grm. carbs. 64oz. fluids. Walk most days.

Sure I had stalls and they are frustrating.

The absolute wrong thing to do is to try and chase and second guess it........

You will find people that will tell you to up your cals. to break a stall.......might work for some.....how lucky do you feel!

My surgeon says stay on plan all the way to goal.......Not hard instructions to follow!!!! What could you not understand about that !

My stalls could most times be blamed on a new food I added or a new preparation or increased sodium or fat..... Beef Jerky and Peanut Butter were/are show stoppers for me......

You will be fine..... Stay consistent and compliant.... when you get to maintenance and goal....that's the time to find new tolerances.

It might help you to read through the posts on VSGMG and you will notice "most" the people that had good weight loss 80-100-100+% of there EW are very compliant but very aware of what they can get away with.

I'm rootin for yah !

Boy I know how you feel.  During week 2 I was dehydrated and went back into the hospital for fluids.  When I came home, I had gained over 8 pounds!!   I almost have a heart attack.

I've learned that no matter what I want, getting on the scale daily at this point is not a good idea.   But, it gets better, believe me.      I am 6 weeks out of surgery and have lost 47 pounds.  Hopefully I lose another 3 by next Tuesday -- my birthday -- and it will be the best gift ever!

Keep the faith.

Happy Birthday-coming-up... I would have had a nervous BREAKDOWN if I had gained weight! I'll keep the faith  LOL!

I feel exactly like you do.  I was also sleeved on the 6th and I've lost 11 lbs.  I'm thinking I'm not getting enough protein in maybe.   :)  I am glad I'm not alone

It's been 9 days.  This isn't a quick fix and I'm sure you didn't become the size you are in just nine days.  Give it some time and relax.  You have your whole life to be in a hurry.
