Surgery next week; hospital called today & not sure what's going on!
So my surgery is scheduled for next week. I've done the pre-op, pre-admission, etc with the hospital. Today they called & left a message for me to call them back. But they are already gone for the day. I have no idea what they wanted! I sure hope something's not wrong. I'm worried now.

Mine called me last week to go over the times, the meds I should and shouldn't take, what I should bring, etc etc. They said they would call the night before to remind me and make sure I'd done what I was supposed to :)

I had 2 calls like that, one about a week or two out, one about 24 hours out. They want to make sure you don't show up having taken/eaten something you shouldn't and mess everything up.

Thanks! I sure hope that's all it is. I tried rationalizing it and thinking that if it was major, the SURGEON would have called me. *crossing my fingers*
