100 lbs. lost!!

Today I have officially lost 100 lbs!!!!
I started my weight loss journey on Dec. 15, 2010 weighing 268
I know weigh 168 lbs with BMI of 29.7 and now considered "overweight" rather than "obese"!

I am hoping for some scale movement this week -- last week was totally stuck....today, finally down...by a half of a pound !!! Darn it ! Why does it seem just when you ar nearing a big goal, that the scale gets stubborn !!!?

Congrats! What an amazing feat!

I can't wait to hit 100 lbs down. I know I will be dancing all day!

Shedding the "obese" label is so great too! OH says I am there with a BMI of 29.9, but I weigh on my Wii and it says I still have like .3 of a lb to go, but I'm hoping to hit that this week.

Woo Hoo! Good-bye Obese! Now on to "normal!"
