You are probably asking what is SMET ??? SMET stands for SO MUCH EASIER TO......( after our WLS ). Here is my SMET.....bend over and picking things up off the floor.....tie my shoes.......fit into a booth and bathroom stall.......walk, run, climb stairs.......get in and out of car.....find clothes that FIT my body......to be in photographs. Now....please share some of yours with us.

1.) Walk in between two cars, no longer worry Ill get stuck on a ******g mirror!!!
2.) run
3.) fit into normal clothes without looking like a little fat sausage link
4.) sit comfortably in a booth with out my boobs hanging over my plate… which always resulted in ranch on the tatas!!! Not a good place for it!
5.) Dance all night with out pain from my high heels!
6.) sunggle on the couch with my boys and all fit without on kid rolling to the floor in tears!

I just got a new car! It's red, sporty, a coupe and built low to the ground. In my former shape, (round is a shape), I don't think I would have been able to sling my fat self down into the seat without doing a Charlie Brown flip!
