What to eat ?
I am not hungry today, but have had 431 calories, 6 carbs and 66 grams of protein.
Sometimes, when I am low on calories and ok on protein, I'll eat a protein bar. But, that does not sound good, either.
I do NO"T want to fall into eating sweets, but if I eat another 2 oz or protein, my calories will still be substantially below 600 for today.
Any ideas?

I'm assuming your looking for dinner??----What about something like
3 turkey meatballs heated with 3T of salsa and about 2 T of parmesan cheese
Should be about 228 cals., 18 protein and 10 carbs (assuming you eat all the salsa and cheese).
I just looked at a meal history in my records to get some ideas. You can have some berries later in the evening if you still have calories and carbs available.
If not dinner, I would do a protein shake with fruit.
Just an idea.

I agree about going over on protein! Usually I am in the 80's.
Veggies sound good! So does meatballs and I have some of both. Just usually bypass them so did not even think of them. I have some field peas in the fridge and meatballs in the freezer. Both will add some calories and some protein - better than just turkey or chicken.
THANKS for the ideas!
