 You go!!!  Maybe I'll try it again someday but right now I'm ok with walking, boot camp, and yoga!  I'm a little worried about my knees - running is really hard on them.  I'm 45 so right there with you!!

I dont believe age has anything to do wiht it .  Read MacMadames blog. Middle aged woman, I think she was 52 when she had VSG. Now she is a triathalete. Runs, bikes, and swims in races.  So I think its all more in what you want to do and like as an individual person.  Her bmi is 18.5 now.  Still goin strong

Im not a runner either. Just not into it. But I do admire her her gumpsion.

i think that is great i quit smoking almost a year ago it will be a year exactly on july 6th i hope after my surgery and i loose weight ill be able to run also i try to do my treadmill but i have to get my mind set back on it
