Keen Observation about stalls

Okay, I have been on a slowwwwwwwwwwwww weight loss, not really a stall, yet.... since 5/24 when I hit the 180's - still there at 181.4. I still have about 40+ lbs I want to lose.
I know I have been losing inches - not tons but some. I started working with a trainer 2x a week the end of May. I also do water aerobics 1x a week and walk 4-5 x a week for 30--40 minutes.
I realize some of this is fat turning to muscle after being a vegetable for so long, and also I have been having this horrendous carb craving for the last 3 weeks, along with having a hard time getting in my water. At my 3 month appointment my nurse told me to add more fruit...more carbs...eeeek
I realize it's on me... Just gotta get my head back in the game.
I have a goal for myself of 50 lbs lost by 7/16 - I have a wedding to attend and a family reunion picnic the next day.
Wish me luck.. And any suggestions are welcome.

I always seem to lose inches during a stall on the scale. I guess it's my body's way of making things up to me for a lack of movement in the numbers. I'll take inches ANYDAY though.

Good luck with your tummy tuck chica!

I feel the same way Jenn!
Shrinking is the ONLY good thing about stalls.

I'm about 14lbs to goal but I hardly ever weigh myself anymore because I'm really comfortable with my size now.
I have a lot of (old) clothes to wear and I think I look pretty good at a size 10.....even though I want to go down just one more dress size. Any more than that and I think I'll look too skinny.

Happy in the 130's but... On to my second goal!
