l just fell in love with my protein shake!!!

Wow! l just received my sample pack from Chike nutrition... tried the banana. l really wish l had more. lt was just what you want from a protein shake - just creamy without lumps or aftertaste. AND 28 gm of protein!! l'm a happy mama today!!!!!!

lt wasn't a recipe, just a pouch of banana flavored protein powder from Chike. l just posted the url... if you're interested.  l just love sharing great finds!!! I also found the Six Star powder from Walmart the other day - l bought the vanilla cream and triple chocolate.  Tastes like milkshakes!!

lf you like apple pie, l got a good recipe from the Shaker Bottle l bought at the same time -

 'Easy as Apple Pie Shake'

 1 C milk

1/2 C plain yogurt

1/2 C unsweetened applesauce

pinch of cinnamon ( to taste)

pinch of nutmeg (optional) but l just used apple pie spice instead of cinnamon & nutmeg)

1 serving Vanilla protein powder

Add ingredients in order listed and shake or blend real well.
