I havent had my surgery yet... hopefully in the fall when the WLP OK's it but I do have a progression of pics on my profile all in the last 22 months.

To answer your question above, yes, I work out pretty hard!
I didn't exercise much at all for the first few months, but in Month 5 I started working with a personal trainer at 24 Hour Fitness twice a week. Then in February of this year (Month 11) I switched to a small private gym here in town and started really pouring it on. I do private personal training sessions twice a week, and the new guy works me out ten times as hard as the 24 Hour Fitness guy ever thought of doing! Plus I do a "boot camp" class 3 or 4 times a week, where we go HARD for an hour, alternating cardio and strength exercises. I LOVE IT! And then I also do semi-private tap dancing lessons twice a week. So my usual routine is 7 workouts a week over 6 days (I take Sundays off). I never had visible muscles before and I am just in love with them! LOL Plus I love being the oldest person in class and being able to go the hardest!
