Yes they WERE about three inches across...very thin.  I used about 2 Tsp of the dip, 1 Tsp of sour cream, and 2 tiny grape tomatos.  I did not have my normal morning snack so it was an early lunch and that kept my tummy full for a few hours....now my head was asking for more!!!!!

Do not hessitate to ask...but you won't really believe the portion sizes even after your sleeved...I still make my plates too full.

i still do to!  at home, i use the smallest saucer or small 1/2 cup bowl to eat off.  it helps me with not putting too much on my plate, and frankly, looks better than a BIG plate with only a few bites on it!  seeing too much food on my plate overwhelms me now.

These look fabulous!

I read your previous post about them and have a suggestion that could make these less carby:

You might try, to see if you like the flavour, black soy beans instead of regular black beans. They are much lower carb / higher protein, and i think they are tasty!

Happy cooking!

My grocery store has them, canned. Most health food stores would also, and Amazon, and I think Netrition carry them.

SOOOOO yummy looking! I'm thinking me (new pre-op) might be able to eat this... sans tomatoes and sub greek yogurk for sour cream.

The wheels are turning!
