Low Fat Thin Cream Soups?

You're not going to find it at Wal-Mart. It's going to be at another (probably smaller) grocery store. I'll tell you honestly that the only reason I made it through my pre-op liquid diet was because of the broccoli cheese 98% fat free soup from Campbell's. I tried the cream of celery and mushroom but didn't really enjoy either.

Anyway, after you find it, post surgery you want to make sure that there are no chunks, so either strain it, or put it in the blender to make sure.

I have a recipe for thai pumpkin soup it is so good, if you are not worried about the fat content in the first few weeks.  Fat is ok when you knock out your carbs I think
