STILL HAVING FUN
Hi all,
Well, my youngest Daughter went back to MI this morning, Miss her, but try to think be postive, thank God for what time we had togetheir.
My oldest daughter and family, "Three Grandkids" they will stay til Sunday. So my daughter and I went to the gym and done our work out, don't know if I will get out of bed in the morning or not. LOL. My gym clothes felt so good, I would like to get me a couple more outfits to wear just everyday.
Really the best part of my day was we all got to ride on my friends boat. I love the water. We had such a wonder time. My grand kids got to do some swiming. They are so funny.
My Dr's office finally called me back today. made an appt with Dr.Shin and the nurt. The nurse is sending me the phase 4 diet. I just told her I had no guidelines to follow.
I sure hope everyone is doing great, if not hang it there things will get better.
