Coconut Milk - By So Delicious
I am addicted to coconu****er!! I drink atleast 2 of the 11oz serving size of the Vita Coco a day with a splash of pineapple juice and it is soo refreshing in this triple digit heat wave we are having. they are only 60 calories and have a ton of potassium and help to hydrate the body quickly. I drink it easier than my water and cranberry juice mix I am used to drinking. All the juices I drink are 100% and have no HFCS or added sugar and they are only a used as a splash of flavor to curve the taste of water. I also add a squeeze of fresh lime to the cranberry and water and that is a great way to get my water intake.
