I am 8 days today.. been up and out of the house all day, but was able to take my first shower this morning and couldn't help myself- I had to take pics before I put my garment back on! Ha ha. I am almost back to normal already, only the exercise and weight restrictions remind me I need to take it easy. My surgeon said I look more like 2 months out than a week. I am super swollen though, so my results will improve. My before and afters are on my profile- the password is TT072511

I am still loving life with my sleeve! Been maintaining at or below goal for over 4 years!

You look fantastic! I can not wait until I get to have one! Has your body changed a lot in the last few years after hitting goal? I would love to get it as soon as I get to goal but I think it is better to wait. What do you think? (I know I will have to discuss with doc but haven't gotten to it yet)

Mine did changed- things have settled and shifted, so to speak. My surgeon actually commented before my surgery that he is glad I waited because I will have a better result now. Plus he said I can be more confident now that my weight will be stable. Apparently a change of over ten pounds can affect the results!
