LOSE IT 4 LIFE SUPPORT GROUP TO MEET THIS SUNDAY IN KELLER, TX.

Hope everyone is all ready for a great weekend.    Lose it 4 life support group is meeting this sunday in Keller, Texas at Carroll Watkins Driving School from 3:30 - 4:30 PM.     The address is 303 N. How far is Keller from Allen?

 Hi Amy....not 100% sure....I rarely go to the Dallas and surrounding areas.   I know Dallas is about 30 miles or so.   If you have a GPS you could put it in there and it could tell you.   I know I do have several people who come in from the Dallas area to attend my group.    Hope that you can make the group on sunday,

I was just wondering if this is the Steve Arterburn Lose it 4 Life program?  I went to the Lose it 4 Life workshop in San Diego this past January.  It was wonderful!  Steve was the main speaker and I learned a lot from him.  Unfortunately, I didn't have much success losing weight on my own upon returning home.  Therefore, I've decided to have the VSG.  My surgery is scheduled for 8-15.  It would be wonderful if there was a Lose it 4 Life group in my area (Reno NV) that I could attend afterwards...but unfortunately there's not.

Hey everyone! I wish I was in fort worth to go to the support group but I am in Jacksonville Fl now. Im close to goal but not there yet. About 10 pounds from it. Honestly I feel good where I am. I even have people telling me not to lose anymore I look good where I am. But with that being said I really havent made good food choices lately and do treat myself to bad things once in awhile but as long as I maintain and not gain then I will be ok. I am out of clothes almost. I left Fort Worth cause my husband left me in may. So I went home to fla. No money makes it hard and soon no insurance cause he is filing for divorce and Im on his insurance. I got a job I started friday but they have no insurance. If anyone knows of a Doctor in jacksonville please let me know. Thanks for reading . Have a great day. Miss you ladies from the support group and you too Vivan!
