What kind do you have, does it work well? Any that you would not reccommend.

I got mine at Target.    Don't remember the brand name, but it is digital and also has a tare weight which is important to weigh foods on a plate.
I know some people don't recommend using scales, but it is the only way I can be sure what I am getting when it comes to meat.
Things like yogurt and cottage cheese I just use a measuring cup.

Yeah, I figured I would use it for meats at the start, not only to measure out what I can eat but also so I can weigh anything left on the plate if I can't finish so I can keep a more accurate count on my protein.

I make my own yogurt and cottage cheese and store it in two cup containers, so those are already measured out for me, makes life a little easier LOL

I got one at Target that I love.  Don't remember the name.

I got one a couple of years ago from the Weigh****chers store.  I DO NOT recommend it. It does not display the weight of something long enough.  For example, if you are measuring out a few pinches of beef jerky, you better go fast- after a few seconds of measuring, it turns off!
