Frisco-Stalled.....Months....HELP !!!

Ha !!!

Sucked you in !!!!

I've been stalled for 10 months !!!!!

My weight has been stalled between 147-152 (depending on my period!!!)

And I'm thrilled about it !!!!

Need to weigh in at Dr.C's office at the end of October at 148.......My last instruction from him was to "Hold" my weight for a year.

Stalled is a bad word.... till you get to maintenance !!!!

Did I stretch my sleeve? Help help....

What should I be eating? My doc didn't tell me what to do. Help...
