How many times a day do you eat?
How Many oz do you honestly eat at a meal?
How many calories do you eat in a day?
Curious, How are your labs with nutrition?

 At 22 months out.

- How many times a day do you eat?
4-6 Three meals and two-three snacks most days.
- How Many oz do you honestly eat at a meal?
I don't know what your getting at with the word honestly.....like I would not be honest of what I'm eating? 3oz. over or under. Why eat more? Satisfied is good...and guess what...another meal is just around the corner!
- How many calories do you eat in a day?
Approx 1200 without walking and about 1400 with walking. (150cal of Dark Chocolate at the end of the day)
- Curious, How are your labs with nutrition?
My one year lab panels were perfect....Vit D was on the lower end.
I daily supplement with Potassium, Calcium, Multi, SuperB Complex
I just talked to Dr.C about my 2 year panel in 2 months.... I got the impression that he wasn't going to order the complete set since I'm self pay on my labs. Will see.

I eat full fat most everything except cooking oil I use Smart Balance mostly. Yes, I do eat fried foods when appropriate. Don't use much butter....but I'm not afraid of it.
Still pretty low carb.... 60-80 is my range...but I've gone over.... french fries or rice probably put me over.
Been holding my weight to about a 4lbs. range for almost 10 months 148-152

The question you have to ask yourself is.... do you think I could have lost 190lbs or Jimbo losing 330lbs. if we had eaten more food? And at this point Dr. Cirangle leaves it up to us to work within our range.

It becomes VERY apparent more now that Dr.C's tight sleeves really pay off long term. I still get **** from people saying I have 42 than they show the pics of the pens to show people that there is not much difference....and they say....I'm 4 months out and I'm losing just fine. Well where are they now??? Sure you can make any size work..... novascotiadawn has a 42 and claims great restriction..... but look at the person behind the sleeve....she is the real deal that has taken care of her sleeve and not abused it......

Frisco-

HONESTLY: Please do NOT leave this board. Everyone needs your tough love.

I know that there's no way I'd be down nearly 120lbs if I hadn't listened to you wise vets. My stupid NUT wanted me at 1200 calories (and she said I was silly to count carbs) at 3 months. But I knew that I needed 600 calories and less than 40g carbs if I wanted to take advantage of everything my surgeon gave me. Do I wish my weight loss was faster? Of freaking course, but it is what it is. and guess what, 600-800 calories is PLENTY and my labs are wonderful (well, my D is low too, but it was in the pooper pre-op so there's not much to expect about that).

If you leave, I may need to find some balls to start calling people out. I get quite frustrated with these newbie posts and I welcome people like you.

I am forever grateful!
