about the nectar info on the VSG post for newbies...
I contacted them this afternoon and the price is a little higher than the post on VSG says..but still totally doable....

I'm excited for you both now I will tell you the first few weeks can be hard. My advise no matter how tired you feel no matter how much it hurts. Drink your liquids you can come dehydrated so fast. I'm 6 weeks out as of today lost about 14 pounds. I'm a slow loser another think I do is get on the scale only once a week. Because if you get on there everyday you will get disappointed because your weight could be up and down because all the fluid they give you in the hospital. If you have any questions or run into any problems after or before surgery I'll be happy to help.
