if you have some vanilla protein powder here is a shake recipe- i also recommend premier protein shakes which are pre-mixed in chocolate flavor at costco- dont forget, it just needs to be tolerable enough for you to drink, you dont have to think its the yummiest thing ever.

and for the love of all things holy, dont weigh yourself everyday- weigh once a week, max or you will go crazy and sabotage yourself!

pumpkin pie shake
1/4 cup pure pumpkin
1 cup skim milk or soy milk or almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup light cool whip
1 cup ice
2 single serve packets Splenda (or to your taste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Blend and eat

Was the Isopure that you tried the Isopure Zero Carb? The clear liquid in the glass bottle?

I can't stand anything else Isopure.....but I am addicted to those, especially the Grape Frost flavor. To me, it tastes like a grape Popsicle!

I agree!  Premier Protein Shakes are the way to go.  They are 11 oz and 30 grams of protein.  They aren't chunky like some protein shakes.

You can get them at Costco.  yum!  I am drinking one right now.

I'm drinking Twin LABS 100% protein fuel in Chocolate Surge.  It tastes like a milkshake to me and I really like it.  I'm glad I found one right off the jump instead of going through a million.  I got it from amazon.com and a 5lb. tub cost me bout $30 and I put it on their subscribe and save so you get a lil more money off and you get free shipping.  Kerry

Ditto with some others on the Premier (available at Costco) but I also like BioX 3carb chocolate, though it's not as cheap as the Premier.

I love GNC AMP Wheybolic Extreme in Cookies and Cream, Vanilla, or Chocolate. I mix it with a variety of flavors. My favorite is starbucks mocha chocolate powder (1tsp) 3 Splenda, 3/4 c nonfat milk and one scoop cookies and cream or chocolate powder and blended. Delicious hot or cold. I also use the vanilla with frozen fruit and five ice cubes and splenda.
