Your scale Vs. Your dr's scale

 I go by mine, that being said, I don't really care what the number is, as long as it's going down.

 I don't worry too much about the Dr.'s scale as pp have said, because I'm usually weighing late in the day there, with varying weights of clothes on.  At home I weigh first thing in the morning with clothes off.  I actually don't find that my scale is all over the place, it's really very consistent.
HW 263, 3lbs lost prior to surgery,  weight loss ticker is since surgery.

Hmmm how about BOTH...

When I weigh at home I pee, then I'm fresh out the shower, dried off, butt naked.

When I weight at the doctor's office, I have on clothes, probably have drank some water, eaten etc so I expect it to be more then my home scale at around a 5-8lb difference depending on what time of the day etc.

It's nothing to really get excited about because it STILL records the about same lose.  You lost 10lbs on YOUR scale and more then likely you've lost 10lbs on your doctor's scale as well.
