Stabilization?

Hi Everyone

Had an appointment with my dietitian and nurse this morning and was told that based on my % of loss so far, I would likely start stabilizing soon. I'm only 3.5 months out and am still losing at about 1.5 - 2 lbs per week. Should I be looking to stabilize or do I just keep going and trust that my body will stabilize when the time and my weight are right?

Any feedback from the old timers would be appreciated!

No, you should not be looking to stabilize yet.  Wait until you reach goal, then increase your calories by about 100 and wait a few weeks.  If you are still losing, then add in 100 more.  You have nothing to worry about, you can always stop your loss by increasing calories, it is not nearly as easy to start to lose again.  Go for the gusto and get to goal.
