Do u have support groups nearby, sometimes that will really help get you back on track. You should check it out.

I don't understand when people say "I don't know how to get back on track".. I mean you left the hospital knowing what to do. You still have your surgeon's materials telling you what to do. So look at those, re-read everything and just do it. Get back to basics, track your food and just do it. There's no magic wand to help you -- you have to make that decision on your own. There's no secret formula and no one can give you your motiviation -- you have to just do it. You know, like Nike.
