L: 1/2 salmon croquette; 2 tbspn grits

D: ?? Maybe soup
I'm 3 months out and still eating like a bird. I have good days and better days. Yesterday I had 2 small cookies and abt 15 Cheez Its and skipped the gym, so today I'm taking it kinda lean. Plus, when its my TOM, I have barely any desire to eat anything. I'm so bloated.
