Hi everyone!  We had quite the thread yesterday, with lots of new folks joining in.  I want to again mention that all are welcome to post their daily intake on this thread!!  As a pre-op, I found it so helpful to get ideas here, whether it was what type of protein shake others liked to what mushies people were eating to the ongoing food selections those further out from surgery were making.  So without further adeui...

LND: 2 oz grilled cajun chicken; 1 piece broccoli with melted cheese; 1 T ranch
LNS: 100 cal fudge petities

B: Nectar protein shake
S: three whole grain chips with homemade salsa
L: 1/4 c french onion soup; 2 oz turkey lunch meat with melted cheese & cranberries
S: none
D: 2 oz pork taco meat; 1 oz refried beans

water: 3/4 done!
vitamins: yes
exercise: walk the pooches

I agree -- yesterday's thread was fun.  I'm 10 days out and I'm on softs and advancing as tolerated.  I'm not counting carbs.  This menu gets my protein over 60 and my fiber at 16 gms.

LND:  Eggface's Ricotta Bake 3 oz, Watermelon 1 oz
LNS:  none

S:  Premier Protien Shake
B:  2 oz Canned Chicken, 1 oz Avocado, 1 T Olive Oil Mayo, Sprinkle of Cheddar Cheese
L:  1/2 can of Bean with Bacon Soup

D:  Eggface's Ricotta Bake 3 oz, Watermelon 1 oz
S:  3 oz Greek Yogurt with 1 oz Fresh Mixed Berries

Water:  More than Halfway
Vitamins:  Halfway, the rest to come in an hour or so
Exercise:  Walked my daughter to school, might take the dog for a short walk tonight

L: Chick fil a chargrilled wrap, ate everything inside the wrap, did not eat the wrap, or the lettuce TBL of berry balsamic dressing
S: the rest of the wrap
D: 4 club crackers with sunflower butter
S: 4 club crackers with french onion light laughing cow cheese
3 24 oz glasses of half scoop of unflavored protein powder, and crystal light

D: (At Restaurant) 3 Prawns (shrimp ****tail), 2 Asparagus tips, 1 crab stuffed mushroom (button mushroom size) and 1 tiny bite of friends brownie dessert

Exercise:  Cardio 14 min/ weights & resistance training 45 min
